Since it’s been a couple of days, and I also believe we may have an ongoing support ticket, I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like for us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
Thanks!

Thanks for waiting!
We’ve released a fix for this issue, which is now available in the latest version of MonsterInsights. Please update the plugin for the patch to apply.
Since a patch has been released, I’ll go ahead and mark this post as resolved, but if you’d like more help with using MonsterInsights Lite, please feel free to reach out again.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention!

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here.
When I visited https://securevideo.com/features/ I was able to see the survey being embedded by shortcode here: https://a.supportally.com/i/A24L5H
If you are logged into your WordPress site as an Administrator, your UserFeedback survey will appear hidden when you browse your site, but it will load for all of your site visitors without issue.
Out of curiosity, does this survey appear for you while logged out, or does it stay hidden?
Thank you.
Hi @pacman94,
Thanks for reaching out.
The feature to customize the device targeting of a survey is available in our Targeting Addon, as part of our paid version (on top of our paid version adding other super handy survey features).
We’re unable to share details about paid version features here (www.ads-software.com policy), but you’re welcome to reach out at https://userfeedback.com/contact/ and we’d be happy to share more about this.
I’m sorry we don’t have a way to do what you’re looking for in our free version, but I hope these details are helpful.
Thank you.
Hi @bluantinoo,
I’m sorry it didn’t feel clear! I appreciate your feedback and have forwarded it to our team. If you would like to share anything else, please feel welcome to let me know.
Thank you!
Hi @abdulazizsobh,
Thanks for reaching out.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to display statistics for articles specific to the logged in user in our free version. In case it helps, our Page Insights addon, as part of our paid version, does offer a solution for this (on top of our paid version adding other super handy tracking features). We’re unable to share details about paid version features here (www.ads-software.com policy), but you’re welcome to reach out at https://monsterinsights.com/contact/ and we’d be happy to share more about this.
I’m sorry we don’t have a way to do what you’re looking for in our free version, but I hope these details are helpful.
Thanks.
Hi @hemag73,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m so sorry for the trouble here.
We don’t currently have reports of a similar issue, but our team would love to better understand the conflict you’re experiencing.
Would you be able to reach out to us at https://www.monsterinsights.com/get-help/ so we can take a look at things directly to resolve it?
Thank you!
Hi @aribarics,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here.
Our team is happy to help investigate things further. Can your webmaster help check any server-side logs for more details about what’s triggering the 500 error? That’ll be a big help.
Or if error logging isn’t enabled, here are some steps you can follow:
- Enable the WP Debug Log feature
- Try editing or saving a post again to log the errors
- Share with us what kind of errors are being logged
Is this something you can help us out with? Here’s a guide you can follow: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-find-and-access-wordpress-error-logs-step-by-step/
Thank you!
Hi @bluantinoo,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for any confusion!
Yes, eCommerce reporting and tracking is part of the Pro version of MonsterInsights. We try to provide as much value as possible to our users by communicating the Pro version features because a lot of users aren’t aware of them and can benefit greatly.
Please let me know if you have further questions, or how else I can continue to help out.
Thank you.

Hi @jrotem,
Thanks for reaching out.
To disable the wp-admin bar Insights report we insert, please go to Insights ? Settings ? Advanced ? Reports and enable the option Hide Admin Bar Reports.
I hope this helps! But let me know if you have further questions.
Thank you.
