I’ve just encountered this error:
“Fatal error: Call to undefined function apply_filters() in /home/u126897984/public_html/wp-includes/load.php on line 317”
But tracing it , i found that actually , i hadn’t overwritten wp-settings.php
It worked immediately right after copying it over ??
