Thank you for reaching out! The frequency of syncing new reviews to your Google Business Profile depends on the sync settings. To check and adjust the sync time, please follow these steps, Go to your Dashboard -> Navigate to WP Social Ninja -> Settings -> Reviews Platforms -> Google Business Profile Settings -> Check the Auto Syncing settings.If you need to sync reviews manually, you can do so by: Dashboard -> WP Social Ninja -> Google Business Profile Configuration -> Clicking on the Manually Sync icon.

To resolve the reported issue, please follow these steps: enable the Optimize Images option from Settings -> Feed settings -> Instagram settings, then disable it, and finally update to the latest version. Hopefully, this error will be gone. Here is the screenshot

Please proceed to install the base plugin “WP Social Ninja” [see this screenshot ]. Once installed, navigate to the WP Social Ninja plugin dashboard, then click on “Platforms” and select “TikTok” to access the configuration popup box.

We have checked the issue using the demo feeds from both Firefox and Brave browser, and haven’t find any issues. Please provide us with some screenshots of the issue which is created either using our demo feed or any other feed. We will be happy to assist you.Thanks

Upon investigating the website, it seems like an issue with your caching plugin as it’s reflecting in the console area. Please refer to this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/N0F2qpN7hHRV
I would request you to temporarily deactivate all of your caching plugins and check again. If the issue persists, please keep the WP Social Ninja plugin stand-alone by deactivating other plugins. Then, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify which one is restricting the button function from getting loaded. I would recommend running such tests in a staging environment to keep your live site intact from getting any unexpected errors.

You can fetch reviews/feeds from the businesses/pages that are associated with your account/email.
You need to become an owner/editor of the business if you want to connect Google My Business in WP Social Ninja. Same goes for Facebook and Instagram too.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We haven’t received such a complaint yet. I think one of your plugins is creating conflict with WP Social Ninja. Would you mind deactivating the plugins and activating them again one by one to suspect which one is creating conflict. Then I could replicate and fix the issue.

The reviewer name styling option is not working, It seems to be a bug. We have listed it as a bug. And there is no styling option for the “Read more/Read less” . We will add this option in the next update.
Replace stars with the number: Please go to your Google reviews template editor -> settings->Rating Style and select the Number style rating option.
As a workaround, you can use custom CSS for any sort of styling and add them to the additional CSS section of your theme.
Also, the issue will be fixed in the next update.
