Having this trouble as well for https://www.meyerco-aquaesulis.com. I tried to sub that code, but then all I get is a straight up and down text list. How do I make it so tabs automatically appear?

Got it- needed to add read/excute to c:/php for iusr_####

And totally awesome! Now I have the dreaded Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.

Once again, I have spent hours going through google and making changes. NOTHING works. I am so irritated with this install.

Nope, nothing is password protected in the folder. I have tried giving additional permissions to solve the problem, but to no avail.

I am so stuck!
