The email body itself is blank. Maybe not typical “spam” as it is not promoting anything. They are not notifying of new comments, they are actually notifying nothing as they are blank.

The email is some form of bug (I guess) as it is automatically generated from [email protected] (which does not exist in my email accounts in cPanel) and is being sent to whatever the admin email address is in WordPress, when I change the email address for admin in WordPress the next emails then get delivered there from “[email protected]”.

There are about 10-15 emails per day being generated.

I have no idea how to troubleshoot this.

They just started working again, without me doing anything. I strongly suspect something server side was causing this, doesnt make sense otherwise..

Most of the sites dont have plugins and all are on the default theme.

Anyway, working again now, so thats good.

No support whatsoever. I realise its a free theme but I′d expect some support at least with an actual bug – It′s not like I am wanting a personalised amendment.

Certainly won’t be going for one of their paid themes, no way. Stay clear IMO.

Can not find any fix for this. Have been round in circles for hours now. Can anyone help?

(The problem is that the product images do not click through, the text under the images does click through, but the images should – It will confuse visitors – The images “act as a link”, but they are not clicking through to the product page.)

Nothing has been changed.

Previously, when a user signed up I would get a message that says this……

Account: testtesttest ([email protected])
Membership Level: Trial Member
This membership will expire on March 16, 2014.

A few days ago the message I receive has changed to now include the time, like this….

Account: testtesttesttesttest ([email protected])
Membership Level: Trial Member
This membership will expire on 2014-03-25 00:00:00

You can see how suddenly the time format has been included after the date.

Want to say it again. PMPRO PMPRO PMPRO. lol. Weeks on and it gets better, it is totally configurable and excellent quality.

It really is a fantastic plugin, and totally free for developers. I′m grateful to them for all the work they put into it.

The host faffed and faffed, then found the issue and fixed it. Thanks for giving me the heads up that it was related to the host and not WP.

OK, I just want to make sure I understand, because so far my host have said they don′t understand what the problem is – Yesterday they blamed WordPress and told me to upgrade to the latest versions of the software and plugins – All these were already up to date so I knew that was not the problem.

So, from what you said, this is categorically nothing to do with the WordPress installation, it is something server related?

Can you tell me where I would find this php.ini file?
