    I am using PHP 8.4.1 and mySQL 8.0.40 as well

    BCworkz – I have looked in the browser console. I totally see errors, but more relating to 403 access denied to files. I have tried adding permissions to the folders for wordpress. I can’t figure out what is causing it. I gave the App pool permissions to the folders.

    The new instance was on Twenty* theme out of the gate.

    Site Screen doesn’t show anything that would be alarming to cause issues. Just disabled plug-ins etc.

    I agree that a server config issue may exist, but I cannot figure out what that may be.

    I have checked IIS logs – no details other than 403 errors.
    I have looked at PHP logs – no details at all.
    I have enabled WordPress debugging – no debug logs created.
    I have looked at permissions – no change.
    I have disabled all plug-ins, no change.
    I have created new wordpress instances with no plug-ins, no change.
