Yes there are some points :

– last update deleted some text in config and blocked the chat from working.
– We have “support” on top when a chat is started. How can we change that ?
– date is in english, but hour/minutes seem to be using french standards
– “agent agent joined the chat” is in english and what is “agent agent” can we change that ?

I still have problems :
I did what you explained but I still get :

Just after validating :
“contact !”
Same problem with special characters.
I updated plugin in 9.0.5

Same problem for logo. Seems nothing is saved…

I installed last version :

– Special characters not accepted
– Save logo impossible

in fact saving config doesn’t work I think… i checked “open hours” and validate but after refresh it’s not checked….

Date is ok now !

Strange… .com is redirected to .fr…. humm i’ll check that
