We’ll get you back up and running or at least find out what’s happening. It shouldn’t behave the way you’re describing.

P.S. The outgoing mail plugin I was using broke on my site last weekend. It’s since been replaced and mail is working so others should be able to create support tickets (and I’ve had a bunch of new ones this week).

Much easier to work with you using the ticketing system, so please try again. Also, I think I may have a fix for the Elementor issue and I’d love to give you a beta to download. Reach out to me there and I’ll hook you up.
If you still can’t get your password reset to work, send a note to [email protected] and I’ll send you a password to login. But I changed email plugins about 20 minutes ago and I’m now getting mail from the site, so you should, too.
