Good morning,
page is not active now.I’m referring about the button Self, set to on.
Documentation is missing about this aspect.Ticket was opened on 21.01.21, ticket number 3374.

I wrote because I followed the official Robosoft channels to open the tickets, and there are currently three open tickets for over a week totally ignored, and then I opened these tickets here in this section, hoping that RoboSoft would read my support requests.But I see that RoboSoft ignores many requests here too.
So, I’m not accusing anyone here and I’m not asking for official support.
I only highlight the not very serious behavior of the RoboSoft company towards those who have correctly paid for a license which also had to include support for 6 months, and instead they are totally ignored.Therefore, I advise other users to be careful to purchase licenses from RoboSoft so that they do not run into the same situation as me.

Tickets created for more than a week left in the Open state, probably not even read, with no communication.I bought the Pro license and I must say I regretted it.
The customer is totally abandoned.
I am completely disappointed, I think I do not adopt their plugin to create image galleries but I will use something else.
I will certainly prepare negative reviews towards RoboSoft and this plugin, so that other users can save themselves from their indifference.
