Thanks for specifying what you did! There is no built in functionality to display the categories so it requires custom code as you created.

Sorry if we don’t quite understand your request, but do you want to display links to see the list of products in that category?

If so, you could set the download shortcode on a page that displays products in that category as Keri recommend. Do this for each category. Then create links to each page.

If not, please provide a more detailed description of what you are requesting so we can better assist.

Customers are able to create the order which is placed in a Pending state, once you receive payment you set the order to Complete.

But there is a 3rd party extension that allows you to sell event tickets with EDD: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets/

It should allow you to do what you are requesting but you’ll have to test it out or reach out to the developer to confirm whether it will meet your exact requirements.

Hello @hittechmarket. I’m sorry the download is not working as expected. Are you referring to after the purchase, the download link is not working? Or is the problem prior to purchasing?

Can you provide a screenshot of the Download link that is incorrectly redirecting?

In short, I would recommend using the WordPress forgot password function to see if you get any email from WordPress. If you don’t, you can reach out to your hosting provider.

If you do get the reset password email from you WordPress site, I would recommend enabling a 3rd party SMTP third party for email delivery.

This is a security feature that cannot be disabled. Customers will only receive this email if they previously made a purchase in order to prevent unauthorized access to another customer’s purchases.

Hey @henrybaum! Unfortunately, at this time it’s not possible to collect taxes without requiring an address. PayPal doesn’t collect taxes unless EDD tells PayPal to, so the address is required before sending customers to PayPal.

We are planning to improve this in the future by not requiring a full address in order to collect taxes.

Also, there is not a setting to allow PayPal to handle the taxes instead of EDD.

Unfortunately we do not currently support Google Drive. We do have extensions that allow support for Amazon S3 and Dropbox. Either extension will allow you to sell large files that will be protected to prevent sharing.
