In reply to: A plugin similar to Shashin? From what I can understand, the author is already working on Shashin 3.0, which will work with the new rule of picasaweb.
If you don’t want to use Picasa anymore, you can try this plugin:

In reply to: Do I need to hire someone?I’m not sure if I understand your problem correctly, but if the only problem you have is about the pic resolution, then try making the pic in Photoshop, or if you don’t have it, then in Gimp, which you can download for free from here: https://www.gimp.org/

In reply to: Database import – need assistanceIf the new site is identical to the old one (i.e. nothing changes, not even the url), then you don’t need to do all that.
Just delete the database, create a new one with the same name, username, and password as the old one, and import the old one into it.
It should work.If it doesn’t, then post the errors you get in here.

In reply to: Two Duplicate Sets of Pages and Page LinksThat’s exactly what I was trying to tell you.
You dragged the widget Pages three times. That widget shows all pages.
So, you’re showing all pages three times, one for each widget you dragged over to the sidebar. To do what you’re trying to do, you have two options:
1. You do a custom menu (just below Appearance—>Widgets, you find Menus), and then drag the Custom Menu widget over to the sidebar.
2. Each time you drag the Pages widget, you exclude the page IDs you don’t want to appear in that widget.Perhaps the first solution might be easier.

In reply to: Database import – need assistanceCreate a database with the same name, user, and password as the old one on the new server. This database will be empty.
Then follow the instructions to restore the database via phpMyAdmin from the link I gave you.
UTF-8 is the right encoding.Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Post to Facebook Organization PageI’m not sure why you say you cannot do it, but all Facebook plugins will require you to do a Facebook application.
As far as I can remember, there are two steps.
First, you assign the author role (or a custom one) to people you want to be able to post on some pages.
Then, from the single pages, you restrict their privilege for that specific page only.
