wie die Fehlermeldung es mitteilt, is an ihren Angaben entweder etwas falsch, oder wie dort beschrieben ihr Passwort abgelaufen wonach sie sich ein neues einrichten müssten.

Bitte vergessen sie beim hinterlegen der Daten nicht, dass der Benutzername immer klein geschrieben werden muss.

haben sie sich in ihrem Gesch?ftskundenportal einen “Sytembenutzer” erstellt oder nutzen sie die Anbindung mit einem normalen Benutzer? Dies k?nnte gegebenenfalls der Grund für einen kleinen Aussetzer sein.

Generell ist es immer empfehlenswert bei einer Anbindung wie unserem DHL Plug-In für WooCommerce einen Systembenutzer anzulegen und dort als Benutzer zu hinterlegen.

this error message means that your login data to the DHL Gesch?ftskundenportal are not correctly entered into our Plug-In.

Please recheck username and password and don’t forget to write the username in only small letters.

Hello iancurtis,

there is no option to completely disable phone numbers on generated shipping labels.

If you don’t want to send them to DHL, don’t put them onto Billing details in the label creation.
