Hi @kkreouzis,
We would like to let you know the fix for the shipping zones is live now. Please update the plugin at your convenience.
Note that we’ve gotten reports that the new shipping zone setting screen might not show anything except a save button. If you experience this problem, please do a hard refresh with your browser on that page (ctrl + F5 on Windows, command + shift + R on Mac).
Best regards,
DHL eCommerce NetherlandsHi @gkobulia,
Thanks for using the DHL for WooCommerce plugin. We’ve updated the code to function with the latest update of WooCommerce. However, there’s probably still a browser cache preventing you from seeing the shipping zone settings. Please open the page and hard refresh (hold CTRL and press F5 on Windows, hold Command and Shift and press R on Mac), you should be able to see the settings then.
Please let us know if this doesn’t solve the problem.
Best regards,
DHL eCommerce NetherlandsHi @kkreouzis
Our development has identified the problem and there’s currently 2 issues causing problems with shipping zones edit screen:
1. The layout has been changed in WooCommerce version 8.4.0, causing the layout script to not work. It’s still possible to edit and save the settings, but the layout is not making a lot of sense. We recommend waiting to change the settings until we have the layout updated for the newest WooCommerce version.2. There’s a bug introduced with the layout change for WooCommerce version 8.4.0, as noted here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/42759
This bug has been fixed but not released yet. This issue is blocking any fixes we can apply (as it will break on the next WooCommerce version). At the moment our development team is standing by to update the plugin ASAP once WooCommerce has released the bugfix.
Our apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for notifying us about this issue.
Kind regards,
DHL eCommerce NetherlandsHi ellounta,
It is possible to test our plugin without API key, we’ve created a setting that allows you to set the mode of the extension to either “live” or “test”. When set to “test”, you can fully test our plugin, do note that shipments are not actually created and any created label is a dummy label.
In another support item (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/cannot-find-plugin-settings-2/#post-17251558) you mentioned that your store is based on Greece, unfortunately the DHL eCommerce plugin is currently not available in any other country than the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg. If your store country setting is any other country than one of these three, the DHL eCommerge plugin settings will now show.

DHL eCommerce NetherlandsHi erniecom,
Our plugin does not rely on the WooCommerce REST API, instead we make use of the WC_Order and other classes provided by WooCommerce as much as we can.
That said, the DHL eCommerce plugin is currently only available for the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. This means if your WooCommerce store country is set to a different location, our DHL settings will not show up.

In reply to: [DHL eCommerce (Benelux) for WooCommerce] Cannot find Plugin SettingsHi ellounta,
I will also respond on the post that you’ve created, but as mentioned previously, the DHL eCommerce plugin is currently only available for the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg.
This indeed means that if your store’s country is set to anything other than one of these three countries, the settings for this DHL plugin won’t show.

DHL eCommerce NetherlandsHi ymershabani,
Thank you for your feedback. I have checked your shop and it doesn’t seem to be located in the Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg). Please take note that this plugin is only functioning for shippers of those regions.
As for your error: we have recently added support for WooCommerce’s High Performance Order Storage (HPOS) which should solve that issue. Are you getting that message from WooCommerce and if so, do you have any pointers for us to find this issue?

DHL eCommerce NetherlandsHi thetankgirl,
Note that the code will disappear on the next update. But for what you wish to do, we recommend to add the following at the end of the function:if (!empty($address['addition'])) {
$address['addition'] = '-' . $address['addition'];
}We’re currently preparing the code which retains the original prefixes written on the address, which is not the same as this suggestion.

DHL eCommerce NetherlandsHi thetankgirl,
Thank you for your feedback. That is indeed confusing. Due to addresses in the Netherlands can sometimes include numbers in their street name, the parsing isn’t flawless at the moment. We’ve working on a more permanent solution internally.
For now, we recommend you to add a dot (.) or a dash (-) and the extra number will be correctly used as an addition.
We’ve added your feature request to retain any prefixes for additions. Currently it works correctly for the shipping process as the data is correctly passed as ‘addition’, but it looks confusing on the physical label when the dash isn’t visible, even though it was given (shows up as “1 5”). This change should show “1-5” on the label again.
Let us know if you need additional support and thanks for using our plugin.

DHL eCommerce NetherlandsHi thetankgirl,
I’m currently having issues trying to reproduce your issue. Could you tell me if my steps are the same as yours?
- I go to Plugin settings > Label settings, I put Always enable shipment insurance to the recipient if available on
Insure all shipments up to €500
- I set the Minimum order amount before enabling shipment insurance value to
100
and I save the settings. - I placed an order with a value of €149 with Door Delivery.
- I select my order in the order grid and choose the bulk-action
DHL - Create label (Smallest)
- When I download the label, I notice that a signature is required for this order.
- When I open the order and click on the
Show Label Request
button (available when Log Requests for debugging is enabled in the Debu Settings), I see the key"INS"
with an input of"500"
.
Is there a step that I’m missing that makes this not work in your situation?
Thanks again for your patience!

DHL eCommerce NetherlandsHi druut,
As we speak, our team is currently working on making our plugin compatible with the HPOS feature of Woocommerce. We will be releasing an update when our team completes the task.

DHL eCommerce NetherlandsHi thetankgirl,
Thank you for your report.
That shouldn’t happen (not working in bulk), so I’ve informed the team to look into this issue. We’ll let you know when there’s more information.
Thanks for your patience!Greetings,

DHL eCommerce NetherlandsHi thetankgirl,
Thank you for using our plugin!
“Insured shipping” (Extra zeker) has been replaced by “Shipment insurance” (Verzekering). In the plugin settings > label settings, you can set up to 3 tiers of Shipment insurance and also set the minimum value before it activates. The option ‘Enable shipment insurance up to €500’, with minimum of €100 is probably what you’re looking for.
Hope this answers your question. If not, feel free to reply to this ticket.
