Ok. I think I have figured a way to do this.

1. I created a hidden calculated field with value 1 (To have an integer value for the chart that isn’t publicity displayed). So each time the form is submitted, the calculate field has a value of 1.
2. Create a Wpdatatable Chart, Add the radio field and the calculated field to the chart.
3. On the last Chart generation Page Under Group Chart, Check “Enable Grouping”.

And you have your chart from a Forminator Radio field.

I tried using this but can’t find most of these files – includes/class-mepu-woo.php, frontend/class-mepu-woo-frontend.php and admin/class-mepu-woo-additional-fields.php. I guess a changes have been made on the plugin every since. Please is there an updated version of this.

I will like to make this plugin work with WC marketplace.

This issue is till there. I just noticed it on my website,When you click on edit profile under your account in buddypress, it redirects to groups.This stops when I disabled NextGen. While searching for answers I saw this and I disabled Nextgen and the issue stopped.
I made the changes @darrellhq suggested and everything is fine again.

Ok, I found this old plugin – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/export-user-data/ and it works fine for me.

It has not been updated in about 3 years but it works fine. I think it is a good example for the plugin author to build on.

Thanks very much. You are awesome. I have been able to get it done using caldera_forms_submit_complete and passing the form data to variables using Caldera_Forms::get_field_data. After exploring several wordpress Form plugins, Caldera Form is the most robust and flexible. I hope material design will come to Caldera form very soon.
