Sincere apologies for all the inconvenience you have faced but as per our policies refund has never been an issue and will never be. A refund has been issued against your purchase and subscription also cancelled.
Regarding User Experience from My Account page, we are working on improving that at the moment

Our plugin does have fees section as a part of the Custom Payment Gateway but we have no sort of integration with PayPal.
You can create a ticket here and we shall be more than happy to assist you further on the integration you are looking for but it looks like some sort of misunderstanding or misconfiguration at the moment.

In reply to: [Customer Notes for WooCommerce] Cannot add or edit any customer notes@vee3print – in case you missed my email, I have changed the setting that was causing this issue.
In case for anyone else too facing this issue, it will be resolved by turning off Ajax Add to cart (the text will change based on the locale) under Add to Cart Action settings (Add to Basket in this case)

Apologies for not getting back earlier.
I had a look at the page and noticed that there is ajax add to cart enabled.
Currently, the plugin does not work fine when Ajax Add to Cart is enabled. Can you please turn off Ajax Add to Cart from Astra Pro settings and let me know if the files are available on the Cart, Checkout pages and in the Order.
