I checked that SEO keyword and readability are checked on my end. I tried disabling all the plugins and just trying YOAST SEO. I even re-installed that plugin. Still same.
I have opened an issue on Github for developers to check.

I’ve got a multisite configuration running and I’m having the same issue with YOAST. So, I thought it might be something same.

I am having the same issue. Are you by any chance running wordpress multisite?

thank you… I found the problem was caused because of the other plugin named “wordpress adaptive images” was causing problems with jetpack after the new update of jetpack.
Everything solved now .

Yes… Actually after posting here, I tried to look around my css and seems like I messed it up. Corrected the CSS and it works like a charm.

It’s not that easy to fix it up. Because XSS is a big problem and the only fix I’d suggest is to update…. But, you can’t do that because I take it that you are not using child themes….

I know bumping a thread is against rules… but, can anyone please help me out or at least hint me….

I have removed that weird SEARCH BOX from my website for now.. but, I want it there… like 2013 search box… please give some heads up..

Hmm.. seems like it… try putting this in your CHILD THEME’s style.css

.primary {
width: 25%;
}

Obviously, you have to change the number accordingly. If this doesn’t work, then try changing “%” to “px” (without quaotes “”)

I don’t see any padding on that menu… But, try adding this too, after the above code… Add this only if the above fails..

.primary {
    padding-top: 0px;
    padding-right: 0px;
    padding-left: 0px;
    padding-bottom: 0px;

}
