I experience the exact same thing as you all describe. Log data is in the database, but nothing to see in wp-admin. I noticed it right after the WP 4.8.2 upgrade on several sites and suspected a hack, but now I’m a bit more relaxed.

Are you discontinuing the free plugin?

I find it strange that such a basic thing as the plugin working on an SSL-enabled site, should be put in to a PRO version.

but for some reason the buttons in the other sections has vanished.

Regarding that: I see that it depends on what you choose in the dropdowns. The buttons were visible in the unstyled settings page.

After having upgraded to 1.4.1, I now see the possibility to enter a name, when not logged in.

Problem: The name doesn’t show up instead of “Anonymous”, when viewing the question.

Also interested in this feature.

I’m managing a live-site, where “Filter Suspicious Query Strings” is on and “Filter Long URLs” is off and there’s no ePay callback problems on that site.

I have a staging version of the same site, with those options set to the same and that site had the callback problem.

Both sites also has the Hackrepair.com blacklist option set to on, but the .htaccess line, which Emil mentions in the original post, for some reason is not there on the live-site, and that makes all the difference. When I disabled the Hackrepair blacklist on the staging site, the callback problem vanished.

So I guess that at some point recently, that line was added to the blacklist. Is the list pulled in from Hackrepair every time the iThemes Security settings are saved?

I was having the exact same problem with the ePay callbacks not going through.

Definitely agree with the wish for a separate option.

Marking this as resolved, because my problem was fixed by the ticking and unticking in the user profile.
