If you have some skills with coding you can hook some pages with template_redirect and is_user_logged_in() function.

Some plugins must be involved on this error. Maybe if you can change your themes first. Then if the problem is still there try replacing core files or create a new db.

You can easily update your password from the db on wp_users with an md5(password). It will work fine. Once you get connected to your wp-admin. Make sure to change it again to make sure it’s encode the right way.
