I uploaded the installer-log.txt log file to Google Docs and I have a link for you. Do you want me to send another email with this link?
Thanks, Dianne

In reply to: Database ProblemsYes, they could. But I was trying to simplify the problem, so I’ll try to reword my question. I know that I’m not making a lot of sense. Part of the problem is that I don’t know how to ask the right question. I want to be able to have an interface where the user can input a question and the database will return the answer. I don’t know if the database giving the answer would be SQL because this is a WordPress site or if it needs to be another database (such as Access or ??) which provides the answer.
I also don’t know how to get the information for the answers into the WordPress database. If anybody can figure out what I’m talking about or at least explain to me where I need to look to find information, I would be very appreciative. I have been using WordPress for a long time but I think my brain has shorted on this problem.

In reply to: Where are the posts in file manager?Thank you for the link but, unless I’m missing something, that is for moving the whole site. Is there a way to just get the posts? Also, this site is not live right now.
Thanks.

In reply to: How to add Twitter-like (not Twitter) posts to front pageThank you. I’ll check that out. It might be what I need. But I’ve already created the site so do you know of any plugins that might do this?

In reply to: New Installation But CSS Not Showing UpI’m still not sure what the problem was, but it’s working now. I installed the Genesis theme and everything seems to be fine. Thanks to all of you for helping me!

In reply to: New Installation But CSS Not Showing UpI’ve cleared the cache but no difference. Yes, all along there has been no style on the admin and none on the site.

In reply to: New Installation But CSS Not Showing UpMy mistake, I misspelled the url. It’s https://www.plrapalooza.com. Hopefully you can look at it now. It’s a one-click install through Hostgator.
Thanks,

Edward – I’m doing this live on the internet. Are you talking about a local host installation?
Thanks to both of you,

In reply to: [Adsense Explosion] Error message after installationEven if I disable all of the plugins, I get the message when I try to activate Adsense Explosion alone. So it’s not a conflict with one of my other plugins. Do you know what else could be wrong?
Thanks

In reply to: [Adsense Explosion] Error message after installationHi Romolo,
Thanks for your quick response. I deleted and reinstalled but I get the same error message.
Do you mean that now I should try disabling all of my other plugins?
Thanks, Dianne
