    Hi Andrew,

Thanks you for your reply. When i followed your steps with the Health Check, i disabled all of the plugins with my current theme and still had the same problem. When i switched themes most of the site, like the header and slider, didn’t transfer to the default theme. The theme is switched to was the TwentyFifteen. I did notice that the theme had an update, is that something that could fix this problem?

    Thanks,

I currently have Jigoshop eCommerce and would like all the products and product info transferred to Woocommerce.

    Hi There!
I was able to resolve one of my issues! My widgets weren’t showing due to a plugin conflict. I deactivated the problem plugin and widgets are showing up again.

In reference to limited products not showing up on my product pages, I took your advice and changed my settings under Jigoshop<Settings<Shopping. I increased my items per page to 100, and saved my changes. When I went to check my changes on the website, my product pages still only display 12 items on a page….AND there is no link at the bottom for me to click “next page”….so all my customers can see is a total of 12 items on a product page and that’s it. they can’t click a link and navigate to another page to see more items.

Do you have any other ideas as to what might be causing this problem?

Also, I just noticed this. When I add a product to my cart and click the pop-up link “go to cart” it displays all my cart information justified to the right of my webpage. And Some of the text is completely cut off and you cant read. I can send you a screen shot if you want, but if you navigate to my website, (dickeybub.net) you can test it yourself by adding an item to your cart and see what i’m talking about.

With the new Jigoshop eCommerce plugin, will I be able to delete orders on my own? Or will I still have to delete order history through coding in PHP? thanks in advance

@carlasaiz I did end up solving the problem.

Apparently the settings in WP Super Cache have to be modified for my website to work. So additional e-commerce pages (store, product) are excluded from the cache in order for the site to work properly. I excluded “store” and “product” pages using the advanced settings on WP Super Cache and now the “empty cart” and “update cart” buttons function properly.

You can try this if you want. Just follow the same format for calling out the “store” and “product” pages. I added it to the “do not cache these strings”. That’s what got my website working.

I tried your suggestion this morning and still have the same issue. Cart isn’t updating properly for guests. When someone adds a product to their shopping cart, the cart still remains empty until you navigate to the cart page…..THEN you can see the item you added.

If anyone else has any suggestions, I appreciate it. Surely there are other people who have had this same issue. Thanks to anyone in advance!

I apologize for asking. I didn’t know this was frowned upon. I will look into your suggestions.

Is there a way I can submit a request for you to look at my config on the back end? I feel very strongly that I need to keep WP Super Cache active on my site but my cart still isn’t updating like it should, even though my configuration is correct. So let me know if I can have someone look into this for me. Thanks so much for your support!

    Hi Jigoshop!
Do you know if I turn off my caching if anything negative can happen to my website? The cart does update successfully when I disable caching, but I’m concerned this could lead to a different problem.

I figured it out on my own. Had to add some coding to the functions.php for the theme.

    Hello Vasili!
I think I figured out the problem. I began reading some other support tickets and found a suggestion that has worked for me!

Someone mentioned that I should turn “caching off” in my WP Super Cache plugin. I still kept the plugin activated, but this seemed to fix the shopping cart issue I was having with guests.

Do you know if turning off cache is a bad idea?
