Do I really need to pay 49$ to fix this?

I can choose “cash on delivery” under “distribution” an also under “form of payment”. Now its activated at “form of payment”. When I activate it at “distribution” the user can choose “cash on delivery” at the left side (side “form of payment”) but also becomes the possibility to choose on the right side (side “distribution”) between “free shipping” and “cash on delivery”. So that doesn′t make any sense because you would always choose the free shipping without any costs.

I have to say I use the plugin “WooCommerce Print Invoice & Delivery Note”.

Hi Danny I guess I was on the wrong way. Now I know Free Shipping is always shown because cash on delivery has nothing to do with shipping.
My problem is – when I choose “cash on delivery” it is not shown in the total and is not added to the invoice / sum.

I only have the problem that my Shipping costs are not shown in total sum of the invoice. I don′t use Premium Template Packs. Is that necessary. Where can I configure it?
