The PDF is quite large too (> 20MB) – could that be a contributing factor?

Yes the file is stored in the woocommerce uploads directory.

There are other PDF’s which are working ok. Should I try deleting and re-uploading perhaps?

Yes, I deactivated plugin, purchased and downloaded ok.

Yep – checked, no errors.

Thanks heaps for the update. That’s a little better in that now it connects and links with Square.

However when I put through a transaction (in live mode), it returns the following:
“Error: source_id – Field must not be blank”

It records a donation but its marked as “Pending”.

I’ve tried clearing the cache but no luck either. Any ideas on this one?

I’m pleased to report the developers mentioned they would be investigating this issue so I’ll temporarily suspend my views that support is difficult to get ??

I’m starting to reluctantly agree with others posting here that it can be quite difficult to get support for this plugin.

several days ago but had no replies to any of them. I’ve also emailed the authors of the plugin twice but had no reply yet (the most recent email was only 24 hours ago to be fair)

I’m 99% sure this is a bug and not a configuration issue – quite frustrating when you pay for something and it doesn’t work, but it’s looking like the plugin’s support of eway – despite being reported as being a supported gateway, doesn’t actually work!
(unless anyone can tell me otherwise)?

It showed up ok for me.
What directory do you have it saved as in your plugins folder?
