Just found my solution: Platinum SEO Pack. Installed that and was able to uninstall Robots Meta (doesn’t work anyway) and All-In-One SEO Pack.

Good grief! I just realized that what used to be my favorite plugin on over 440 WP installations is not even functional on any of them! None of the workarounds above work for me and I’ve checked all the theme calls. Is there no longer any support or development on this plugin?

More often than not, all you need to do is use the Browser Upoloader. The Browser Uploader worked perfectly fine for me after getting errors on the Flash Uploader.

Disregard. Resolved. It was a plugin.

As usual, I can only resolve an issue by first asking for help. Seconds later, the problem will magically be fixed!

It was obviously a plugin. I deleted all plugins and the sites came back. Now I will start reuploading plugins one-by-one! Thanks for the suggestion!

So far I’ve updated about 75 of the sites by first deleting the Redirection plugin. All but 2 have worked fine. On those two I then deleted .htaccess and uploaded themes again. Nada on both.

I have backups but am hoping for an easier fix.

I should also mention that even the admin login is blank.

I uploaded everything except the /themes folder and it worked! Delighted to be on the newest version, though the update process is time-consuming on 159 domains. ??

samboll, it is a custom theme. I have 150+ domains that use the same theme and when I tried it on a sandbox domain, it messed everything up. Now I am concerned about security and having the latest version.

Is it possible to upload only certain files from the 2.8.4 to avoid breaking the design?

At top right is Screen Options > Enable Accessibility Mode.

Do that and then you get an “Edit” link on the widgets!

I am baffled as to how this software could have been released with this issue. And these forums are sheer frustration becuase there is, in reality, zero support here.

That doesn’t make sense. What plugin is “doing everything?”

Can add and edit them but there is no “Save Changes” button.
