Can you please help me with this? The form isn’t working yet.

We use the Adventure Tours & Adventure Tours Child Theme.

Do you need a list of all the plugins? We also use the WP MAIL Bank plugin.

Before the update it was working correctly. I have no idea what is different know. The wp mail bank plugin is also having problems

Do you maybe need to have the inlog information?

In the Debug log I see the following message:

The Requested Resource Could Not Be Found –
Page: process_form_submission_ajax.php || Type: New Subscriber || Time: 06/05/2019 14:35

The Form Builder information gives the following information:

We’ve encountered an error. Reload the page and try again. If the error persists, please reach out to support.

I’m not sure what you mean with AJAX…but I don’t have a sort of security plugin that is blocking anything as far as I know. I have emptied all caches. I don’t know what the problem could be?

I tried to do this. Than the error is gone, but i receive the following:

The requested resource could not be found.

Thank you for your feedback! I have contacted our server team organisation. They can’t change the IP Address because there are a lot of other companies (50-100) who are on the same shared hosting as we do and if they change it, they have to do this for all the other as well.

I also cleared all the caches as far as I know. But the problem is still there.

Then I debugged the plugin. Unfortunately the problem is not resolved. I now have the following error:

Can you please help me further?

Yes I use W3 Total Cache. What should I do to fix this?

Is this already fixed? I have the same issue. Now I can’t use the chat anymore because of this.. When I open the chat, all the other conversations appear in one chat. So everybody can read all the messages from each other, this is not normal.

I tried to refresh but everytime there is an other file that failed.

I also have problems with the plugin: WPBakery Page Builder Settings, there is an error that says: Important notice: You have an outdated version of WPBakery Page Builder Design Options. It is required to review and save it.

When I go to the design options and click on save I get this messages: Design Options could not be saved. Error: ‘//abctravel.nl/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/less/shortcodes/vc_pie.less?v=5.4.2’ wasn’t found (522)

Do you think my updated to WordPress 4.9 went wrong? Do I need to go back to WordPress 4.8 to fix this?

I updated the plugin but still get an error: Failed to load plugin: charmap from url https://abctravel.nl/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/charmap/plugin.min.js

Can you send me version 4.7. I want to go back to that version as well.

The problem is still not resolved..
