“duplicate meta descriptions” this error for categories.

But https://developer.yoast.com/features/seo-tags/canonical-urls/api/ there is no my answer. This page help only remove all canonical url’s or remove canonical from one page from id. Whatever i will listen you and i will not change canonical URL’s.

When I open a link that is not available on my website, the home page opens. But instead it should give error with 404 page. This problem does not happen when I delete the plugin. Do you know why its happening?

for example: if i try open site.com/blalblalblalba/ its opening homepage but there is no page or post so nothing for “blalblalblalba”

if i delete redirection plugin, site.com/blalblalblalba/ this url going 404 page.

I have different problem. My website is dosent have page/5 page/6 for homepage.

So i have no pagination in my homepage. But yoast seo plugin is add canonical:

For example my website: site.com and when i check source url site.com/page/5
<link rel=”prev” href=”https://sitehomepage.com/page/4/&#8221; class=”yoast-seo-meta-tag” />
<link rel=”next” href=”https://sitehomepage.com/page/6/&#8221; class=”yoast-seo-meta-tag” />

its same pages.

i want disable it or show canonical url : <link rel=”next” href=”https://sitehomepage.com/&#8221; class=”yoast-seo-meta-tag” /> like this.

how i can disable or change it?

Okey, I have one more question on my mind. Will the category and tag id numbers be the same? Because this is important to me.

Do you plan to make an edit to use it in categories? Such a feature would be nice. It would make the plugin special.
