I have just found this project: WooMU – MultiSite WooCommerce Fork.

This is an Open Source initiative that aims to create the MultiSite and Multi Store WooCommerce version. They have already integrated a global shopping cart..
They are focusing on features for managing multi stores, as much as Etsy.com or Amazon do, but also on keeping compatibility with the main version of WooCommerce.
I decided to contribute to the development and see what happens.
The Beta release date is set for 31 December 2015.
I really need such solution before 31 December.
So please WooCommerce guys, think about integrating the multisite features in your core!!
