I installed the Wordfence plugin and it detected the virus. From the code I quickly realized that it was the virus that redirected clients to other sites. I already deleted those files. So far there have been no complaints.

Resolved: It was the YITH plugin, which has some options so that, according to the role of the user, it shows or not, for example, the price of the products, or the add to cart button, etc. And since I had created new roles, by default the plugin left them without those options, and therefore it was that I could not see the prices or add to the cart when the user changed the client role to one that I had created.

I don’t know how to delete the thread. But hey, maybe something similar happens to someone and it works for them. It happened to me because I recently joined this company that I am and I did not know about these plugins or how they were configured hehe. Regards.
