There is a bug in the HTML. The CSS class <div class=""ast-main-header-bar-alignment"">is provided with a double quote.
I have brought this to the attention of support and hope that they will fix it with the next update.

OK, I’ve checked it again. Auto play and pagination now work on one page.
The block was destroyed in Gutenberg, but I was able to restore it.

In the Generatepress element it still does not work, but I suspect that the block was also destroyed and therefore I can no longer edit this element. I’ll take a closer look and recreate the element if necessary.

If it still does not work, I will write an e-mail.

Found even more bugs:
– Auto Play not working
– Pagination Bullets have disappeared
– I also have a swiper in a Generatepress element. I can no longer edit the element, only a white page appears.

It looks like there are still some bugs in the new version.

Hmm, all this doesn’t sound very good.

I am surprised that this problem has not been solved better yet. For me, 37 files are loaded that are almost 500kb in size. That is a very large amount and such an implementation does not show a well optimised plugin, which is developed with regard to a good performance.

And it also seems to have been a problem for a long time. Possibly it will be addressed in v3, but I don’t want to wait for that.

Your suggestion of um-maybe-load-assets plugin doesn’t sound good either. There seem to be problems there too, as bugs have been reported recently.

I am not sure what I will do. I’m lucky and haven’t published my website yet, so I can still choose.

However, a TOC plugin should also be able to handle an offset in some way. Sticky menus are very common nowadays.

For all others who have this problem too. The following CSS should work in modern browsers (please adjust the value height and margin to your own requirements):
