I went into my FTP Manager and renamed the /plugins folder, that did not fix the issue. So I attempted to disable my current theme by renaming it.
Nothing happened when I renamed the current theme. Nothing. The theme remained the same and active. It did not revert to the default theme.
Is it possible to delete the /wp-admin folder entirely and re-upload a new one (or one from an older version)? Or would I lose something in the process?
In fact, is it possible to re-upload an entire older version of WP and still maintain my content, comments etc.??
