I can also handle this “sticky-post” -feature by writing some kind of forum instructions and/or rules -articles in WordPress and link those to Muut sidebar by using your Custom Navigation -method. Or is it possible to have links to wp articles in Muut Custom Navigation -code? Or then I just use the sidebar sticky post method you suggested…

I have recently disabled the Muut default sidebar and made my custom navigation with standard WordPress links and WordPress sidebar link widget. However, this is not looking so good and I think I’ll go back to Muut sidebar with this Custom Navigation you suggested. I’ll have to play with this some more and find the best solution ??

Is it so that I cannot glue one post in the top of discussion channel as sticky post? I think I read this from your forum. Is this a coming feature? So only sticky post links in sidebar available?

I use child theme for wp_simple and I did put the file in there, but it seems that wp cannot find it from there. I now also copied the js -file to parent theme and now the links seems to be working ??

Thank you Paul. This allmost does it. It seems to hide the default sidebar of moot. However, I cannot get muut widgets to work. I have added some moot widgets to my wordpress sidebar, but they don’t show up. I also added “search” widged and it seems to show, but none of the moot widgets doesn’t. Any suggestions?

By the way, what are the webhooks and do I need to activate them?

Hi, thank you for advice. My theme is “Nimbus Simple”. I use child theme for that and I have customized some templates. However, I do not have problems with any other plugins than MUUT. I also try to disable all the other plugins one by one, but it does not seem to help. I have to disable Muut commenting now and customize the forum part first for my needs. I’ll get back to this later.

I only have these files in my 2015 child -theme:
archive-digiapurit.php
content-digiapurit.php (called from archive-digiapurit.php)
single-digiapurit.php (used for single pages)

I figured out that after filtering, wordpress use content.php -file from twentyfifteen -parent theme. I don’t understand this. It seems that after filtering the default files from parent theme will be used!?

I don’t use automagic feature, because I want to make sure it works exactly as I want. I also need to do other customizations to theme to make the archive show all data I want.

I am also quite fresh with WordPress and Twenty Fifteen -theme, but it seems that there is no taxonomy.php in this theme by default. taxonomy.php also seems to be removed from wordpress codex?!

I have now moved the function call above <?php if ( have_posts() ) : ?> in my archive-digiapurit.php -file. It is now in right place, but this is not solving the problem. It seems that after filtering, the page is using different template, not archive-digiapurit.php. Maybe it is using the default archive.php -file!?

I want to make this work with my own customized template so that the default archive.php -file can be used for the rest of the site.

So maybe the question is: How to make filtering result pages use my own archive-digiapurit.php -tempalte? Or what other template files I need to have?

Thank you Paolo. Now it works better, but still not with all screen size.

If I test this in PC with IE and try to shrink the IE window, it sometimes overlaps. However, it works perfectly with big and small screens. The problem still exists with mid-sized screens (or window).

This is lot better now. I think we are very close for perfect solution now ??
