I would start with that plugins you have installed and activated. If you can, disable them one by one and see if the link looks correct.

Your best option is to contact your hosting company and tell them you need access to the site files.

I am seeing them at the bottom of each post.

When you log into CPanel do you see a File Manager option?

Your best option would be to install a maintenance plugin. This would allow your site content to be visible to you when you are logged in, but visitors to your site would see a coming soon page. The one I use is Easy Maintenance Mode.

If you have access to the files on the server you can delete it from the plugins folder.

From the admin, try going to Appearance >> Menus and see if it is an option there.

Did you update the link in the menu to point to the new resume?

I am stumped. I am headed into a meeting. I will do some research when I get out of it if you are still having an issue.

Can you SSH into the box and verify the image is in the right directory and see the size of the image?

Do you have this line in your .htaccess file:
RewriteRule ^files/(.+) wp-includes/ms-files.php?file=$1 [L]

And this link in your httpd.conf file:
Options FollowSymLinks

What is the result if you change the link to: https://SERVERIP/SITEDIRECTORY/r/blogs.dir/6/files/2010/02/DoubleTree-logo.png

What link are you using to navigate directly to the image? The one above?
