Hello, I just installed your plugin. I’m getting these errors:

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /home/wellmags/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-ban/ban-options.php on line 44
I got a message that there were errors immediately after the activation process.
I have the latest WP core, theme & plugins.
