Hi, kindly note I am creating backorder from the backend but I cannot add customer names or add items. it has a pop-up stating to enter 1 or more characters and I cannot write anything to add customer names or Products. I tried in a different browser normal and private, I enabled popup and flash but still showing.!!!! any help would be much appreciated. thank you and stay safe.

DEAR this is not custom made work. this is a pure simple WooCommerce invoice. you can check the screenshot from woocommerce dashboard, nothing customized is done: https://prnt.sc/wmauvh https://prnt.sc/wmav7d the problem was with the grand total, the gross, and the gross without VAT knowing that VAT here in UAE is 5%
