Oh well – thanks for getting back to me.

In the end I’ve rolled back to the previous version of the plugin and it has resolved it for now. That’s Version 4.5.

I have just encountered the same problem. The form submits on the front end of the site, email is triggered to recipient, but no confirmation message is displayed on the front end.

Interestingly, this was ticked on my settings page and was breaking the map and a slider on my site. I unticked it and now the map works fine along with other functionality!

I’ve rolled the database back and the error seems to have resolved itself. I’ve got the Bullet Proof Security guys working on fixing a couple of issues that have come up. Once that’s resolved, I will test it again and see if I still have the same problem. Fingers crossed its not BPS related and it was a one off!

I’ve resolved this now. I had to roll the database back, there was a conflict somewhere. I’ll feedback again, once I discover the conflict, if I do!

Also… I’m seeing this message at the top of site, but when I follow the instructions, it doesn’t resolve it….

BPS Alert! A valid BPS htaccess file was NOT found in your wp-admin folder
BulletProof Mode for the wp-admin folder should also be activated when you have BulletProof Mode activated for the Root folder.
Check the BPS Security Status page to view your BPS Security Status information.

Update 2…

The other problem is that since adding this code, I am now unable to view the site when the ‘coming soon’ plugin is on. The page times out, where as before this would work fine ??

Update….

I tried applying the code in this thread (https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/403-forbidden-error-woocommerce/) and its definately causing a conflict once I re-activate the BPS Plugin Secure htaccess file and Activate Root Folder BulletProof Mode.

I could really do with support on this one.
