Hi, I tried all your suggestions and I was still having the same problem. I switched the Flexbox container option to ‘default’ and it erased most of the page. So, I ended up redoing the page without Flex Box enabled. I appreciate your response though!

Hi Chika, I posted this in the correct forum and figured out the conflict was the Siteground Optimizer plugin. Thank you for your help!

Thank you Rob! We’re a small non-profit and it’s hard to justify the cost of upgrading for an event that happens once a year, just to collect names. I appreciate you taking the time to answer tho!

Thanks for taking the time to reply- I’ve cleared my browser cache, and sorry if I wasn’t clear but I reinstalled the child theme offered by customizr. So I definitely have the child theme activated. I’ve worked with so many WP sites and I’ve never had this issue before… any other ideas would be really appreciated!!
