We are getting ready to launch our store and really need this feature to work. If we aren’t able to resolve this issue, we are going to have to find another solution. Can you please let me know the status of this?

We are using WooCommerce Subscriptions and no, we are not using any custom code.

We are using an Avada Child theme and yes, the issue persists when using the Twenty Twenty-Four theme.

No, we are not. The aspect that is most confusing to me is that it works for our variable subscription product, but not our simple product.
