In reply to: [Security & Malware scan by CleanTalk] Eines der besten SicherheitspluginsHello @jrbartlettjr,
Most likely, your site uses a caching plugin, and some visitor parameters are transmitted incorrectly. It causes some incorrect filtering.
Please do the following:
1) WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Set cookies” to “Store data in the website database (alternative mechanism)” —> Save Changes.
2) Set the cache refresh time to no more than 24 hours and clear the cache.Did it help you?
Hello @hankr,
Please, deactivate the CleanTalk plugin with the Complete Deactivation option:
WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced Settings —> enable “Complete Deactivation” —> Save Changes.
Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and ActivateThis option will reset all plugin settings. Don’t forget to insert your access key.

We do not provide the option to delete files from the cure log and approve log. But you can completely clear the scan results by clicking the “Clear scanner logs” button, you can find it below the scan results.

Hello @cesii,
I’ve checked your form here https://www.inglesrapidito.com/acceso/ and I confirm that our protection does not work.
What plugin did you use to create the registration form? Please send us a link to this plugin.
We also received your ticket #47966 in our system and I also replied to you there.
We will be waiting for your reply.
Thank you for your reply.
We will test the jetformbuilder plugin in our environment and get back to you within 1-2 business days. Please wait.
Hello @mplayer,
I’ve checked your forms and see that you are using a form from jetformbuilder. And the form is internal, so try enabling internal form protection: WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced Settings —> enable “Protect internal forms” —> Save Changes.
Then submit the form and check if you have a message in your request. Or write to us and we will check it ourselves.

Hello @mrgile,
The csv export already includes fields such as source URL and page URL. Could you please clarify what you mean by full data?
We will be waiting for your reply.
Hello @joeyb506,
I’ve checked your form?and my request was blocked as it should be. Most likely you checked the form under the administrator, and our plugin does not check them by default.
Please log out from the website Admin Panel or use incognito mode or another browser before testing. The guide is here: https://cleantalk.org/help/protection-test
