In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce v8.5.1 – Broke My Website@khoavo thank you so much!
@josklever Yep I read your comments as well.
And giving access to an existing site is not allowed, even if it’s a copy of that site. You would still get access to data you are not allowed to access and it could get you banned from this forum. See?the forum guidelines.
I’m sorry about that! And thanks for the guidelines link.
That’s why you are wasting resources by focussing on individual cases, while the devs should investigate the changes in the code to determine how the current symptoms can be caused.
We’re still investigating this issue on our end. I agree that it could be some site setting that causes the issue. The reason I spent time reproducing the issue in parallel is that it could help us find that specific issue earlier. I’m trying to gather as many clues as possible.
Again, thanks you so much for your status report and info you shared with us here and on GH issue.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce v8.5.1 – Broke My Website@khoavo I can’t find the Starter plan on midphase.com, so I purchased a Personal plan on https://www.midphase.com/website-hosting/ to test. But I still can’t reproduce the issue with WooCommerce 8.5.1 and Twenty Twenty-Four.
- Is that the same hosting type/plan you had issue with?
- Can you share a test/staging site that can reproduce the issue? I know that you fixed issue temporarily by disabling Order Attribution. But since we’re still having trouble reproducing the issue, a staging/test site having the issue will help a lot to find the root cause. If yes, you can drop me an email at tung.du@automattic.com. Thanks in advanced!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce v8.5.1 – Broke My WebsiteThe WordPress site that I have issues with while running WC v8.51 is on the Midphase.com shared web hosting server. Perhaps you can find out the type of server Midphase.com is using?
@khoavo can you please share with us the exact hosting plan you’re using at Midphase.com that has this issue?

In reply to: [Convert to Blocks] Bulk update@thehorsebc This plugin relies on the block editor to convert classic content to block content. So the conversion only happens when you open the classic content in the block editor. It isn’t possible to convert a post without opening it in the editor.

In reply to: [Simple Local Avatars] Avatars not Showing in User ListDo you have the same issue with new avatars?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Simple Local Avatars] Avatar not showing@mossifer, no, the plugin crops the avatar to the requested size then saves the URL of the cropped avatar to the database for future usage. The scheme of the avatar URL (HTTP or HTTPS) is the same as what your site uses.

In reply to: [Simple Local Avatars] Where can customers/subscribers upload their avatar?@lqqwp subscribers can update the avatar on their profile admin page at
yourdomain.com/wp-admin/profile.php

In reply to: [Simple Local Avatars] Avatar not showing@mossifer If you recently switched to HTTPS from HTTP, you can use a search and replace plugin to update the cached avatar URLs in the database.
I usually use this plugin: www.ads-software.com/plugins/better-search-replace/

In reply to: [Simple Local Avatars] Avatars Blurry, Can’t Be LoadedHi @campbellscoop, visiting the links you shared, I see the avatars display correctly for bio box and comment. Can you please share what did you do to make it work?
Also, look like your site is using CND, the broken avatars may be caused by broken communication between your site and CND when transferring the cropped avatars. (This is just my fragile guess after visiting your site)

In reply to: [Microsoft Azure Storage for WordPress] File URL being changed when uploaded@brianyerkes If you use the wrong credential, you’ll see nothing in the

. If the credential is correct, you will see your container(s) name there.- This reply was modified 3 years, 6 months ago by Tung Du.

In reply to: [Microsoft Azure Storage for WordPress] File URL being changed when uploaded@brianyerkes Can you check if you can connect/authorize the Azure connection? Also, can you also verify if you have space left in your plan?
I can’t reproduce your issue on my end running WP 5.8 and Microsoft Azure Storage 4.3.2.
