I tested out this issue you guys are having, but there is nothing wrong, and I can perfectly sort the images in my nextgen gallery. What browser are you using?

A link to your site? The complete part of the code used for the loop?

Even so, there is nothing you can do with it. Try to restore your site from your backup, hopefully you have that.
As regarding the IE (probably version 6), some more details will be helpful!

So, what would you like to do with it? What is exactly that you want to adjust? Can you be more specific?

If you are using cpanel, you will find some restore tools from where you can rollback your site to a given time. R1soft Restore Backups is the perfect tool in cpanel. Try it.

Re-check your thumbnails!

Can you give us the link to your site, or you are working just under localhost? If this is the case, make sure that your upload path under ngg gallery settings is configured correctly. If yes, try to access the photos using the full path: this would probably look like: https://localhost/wordpress/wp-content/gallery/your_gallery_name/your_photo.jpg

A link to your site would be helpful.

Flash is always on top. This is normal. However it is possible to use the function addParam("wmode", "transparent"); in javascript, to make it work. Can you give us the code from the inserted flash? The part between <script type...flash.../script>

If you have a backup from your theme files, you should replace the ‘header.php’. In case that you don’t have this backup, take the header.php from the originally downloaded theme and copy the code part that you are missing in you header.

Thanks for the compliments,
It is not a standard theme actually. Is more like a custom theme made using some custom fields for the photos in the previews, and some codes from several themes. The rest is just html or php – simple design.
