I’ve been talking with the Astra theme support team and Elementor support team and the issue doesn’t seem to be on their side.

Since the same behavior is happening also on the default Storefront theme, that means this is not theme-related.

Also after deactivating plugins and themes, leaving just Elementor, Elementor Pro, Woocommerce and Themify plugin, the issue still persists. The searching filter is not reloading all layout files needed. This means the issue comes from the Themify plugin, right? I think I have the newest update/compatibility patch so I’m not sure where to look next. Can you help?

That is the plugin, yes!

I temporarily switched the theme to the Storefront theme but the behavior is the same.

I disabled the lazy loading plugin and it everything looks fixed now. Thank you so much for the support.

+ note: This only happens, for what i checked so far, in the “Customer hold on order” email. I completed the order, user got an “Customer Completed Order” and everything looked fine.

i just realize this has nothing to do with links or categories. I completly removed the categories hierarchy and this still happens when i filter and then remove filters.

When i go to example product-category/scooters-eletricas/ it works correctly.

If i go to: product-category/scooters-eletricas/?wpf=filter it shows all categories.

I don’t know what to do, please test your self in the website. Thanks for the support.

I don’t think it’s related to the AND/OR Logic but probably something about the category hierarchy. If i use Radio/Check for the categories filter it works fine but not with links.

Even without the categorie, it still, wrongly, filters all the categories, look here:
