I inserted the code you specified and wrapped the first paragraph with —

<p class="smallcaps">

— and closed it with a simple paragraph class.

This is how it looks like.

Yeah, on the HTML editor it doesn’t show that there are paragraph tags in or around any images.

The second option makes the entire paragraph small-caps, instead of just the first line automatically regardless of browser system, etc….

Huh. Apologize for my ignorance, but what can I do then?

(if Firebug is the only answer than I’ll try that out when I have access to a computer)

— that’s the code I used, and it works but only on the posts without images. That’s what happened in the Oulipo theme too, so is there something I can do?

WPYogi, that’s exactly what I’m looking for. But what do I do with the supplied code? I don’t want to turn an entire paragraph into small caps, nor the entire page.

I’m very unskilled when it comes to these sort of things so please be patient with me…
