Thank you for your reply. I’ve already tried doing what the article suggests, but I don’t seem to have all the options in the manage subscription tap. I only had the option to cancel my subscription.
Thinking that would solve my problems, I clicked the cancel button and made the problems worse. Now I can’t reverse anything.
The original problem:
I already had 2 keys for the 2 different domains.
Then I made some changes on my site and created a new subdomain and deleted the old one. I wanted to transfer the key from the old subdomain to the new subdomain. That wasn’t possible. I couldn’t even make any changes to the subscription related to the subdomain. So I wanted to check if it was in the settings of the subscription of the main domain. No luck. Now the subscription to the main domain is set to cancel on nov 14, I’ll lose all my settings and none of my problems are solved.
Is this something you can help me with?

The problems occurred before I made the asset optimization changes, Hummingbird was activated, though.
So yeah, that’s strange.
I’ll reset Hummingbird and be more secure in implementing changes. Maybe that wat I can track what happens before I start asset optimization.
I’ll just leave this ticket open for a while.

I hope all is well with you also and Thank you for the fast response.
The problem actually occured before I activated asset optimization. The header falls off the screen so to speak, back to top button is a black spot and I just saw the sticky header doesn’t work anymore. Everything is fine as soon as I deactivate the plugin.
Does this mean I can not use hummingbird? I really love the simplicity and am considering going premium, but I need to know if I can use it with my theme.
How do I revert all changes in one instance and start all anew? Thanks in advance

Yes I am! I manage the plugins in the network admin level. But still, I can’t remove it.

Thank you for your reply. This is the solid icon, though. I would like for the star to be outlined when not activated, and solid when activated. How do I achieve that? And also, I use the topbar in my theme. The wishlist icon is still a heart there..

Disabling all plugins worked!! I was able to upload the site favicon. Thanks again. I’ll go and check which plugin was causing this.

That orange cart icon is the standard for my theme (Shopkeeper) I’ve reinstalled WordPress yesterday. The issue still occurs. I’ll try disabling all the plugins and see how that goes. Then I’ll get back to you.
