  • Hi @adnanafzal565,

Thank you for sharing your experience and I apologize for the frustration you’ve encountered.

The reason the “\” character gets removed is due to our 3-stage sanitization process, which helps protect against potential security issues. To include the “\” in your lessons, you’ll need to enter it three times like this: \\\. This should resolve the issue and allow your formatting to remain intact.

If you continue to experience any problems or have further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support at themeum dot com. We’re here to help!

    Hello @suzancronje,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The issue you’re experiencing with the “Check Out Fields Editor” plugin and the WooCommerce checkout process is not directly related to Tutor LMS. Since this involves WooCommerce functionality,

I recommend contacting the WooCommerce support team or the plugin developers for further assistance. They will be better equipped to help resolve this issue.

If you need any assistance related to Tutor LMS, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to help!

    Hi @upwao,

Thank you for reaching out. The date picker in Tutor LMS doesn’t currently support translation directly through Loco Translate or by modifying the datepicker.js file.

As a result, the calendar elements like months and days cannot be translated to other languages within the plugin’s existing setup. We understand this can be frustrating, and we’re working on improving localization features in future updates.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can assist with!

    Dear @iamdavidking ,

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you’re encountering an error when trying to log out from the student dashboard, where it says the page doesn’t exist. Let’s get this resolved.

Here is a step you can follow to fix this issue

    1. Refresh Your Permalinks:
      • Go to Settings > Permalinks in the WordPress Dashboard and click Save Changes to refresh the permalink structure. This can often resolve issues with pages not being found. You don’t need to modify anything there.

If you’ve tried the step and the issue still persists, please let me know with a screenshot of the error, and I’ll be happy to assist you further.

    Hey @iamdavidking

    Thank you for reaching out!

To add a checkpoint for students before they move on to the next chapter, you can use the Quiz feature and Content Drip in Tutor LMS. You can set up a quiz at the end of a chapter that students must complete before they can proceed to the next one. This allows you to assess their understanding and ensure they’ve grasped the content before moving forward.

Simply create a quiz, assign it to the relevant lesson, and configure the passing grade and attempt options. Once the quiz is completed, the next chapter will automatically unlock for the student. In the Content Drip settings, simply check the box labeled “Course content available sequentially”.

If you need detailed guidance on setting this up, feel free to ask!

    Hi @larsnordicfitnessacademy,

Thank you for reaching out and for considering WordPress with Tutor LMS for your site.

I understand your concerns, especially when moving from a platform like LearnWorlds. Tutor LMS is a robust and flexible plugin, widely used by many for creating and managing online courses with ease. We currently have over 90,000 active installations.

Moreover The Tutor LMS team is active in both updating the plugin and providing support. Issues that arise often get addressed quickly, especially if they’re common or critical.

If you decide to go ahead with the switch, I’d recommend testing Tutor LMS in a staging environment first. This way, you can identify any potential issues before going live.

Feel free to reach out if you have more questions or need further advice. We’re here to help make your transition as smooth as possible.

    Dear @underbaked

Thank you for your detailed explanation. I’ve reviewed the screenshot you provided, and it’s clear that all your products are set up consistently. While the purchases seem correct, I understand your concern about the participants counter suggesting a potential breach that might allow users to enroll without payment.

To further investigate this issue, could you please provide screenshots of all the plugins you have installed and the monetization settings within Tutor LMS? This additional information will help us identify if there’s any configuration that could be causing this issue. Moreover, is there any free course in your website? If possible kindly give me a screenshot of courses page.

    Thank you, and kind regards,
    Dip Saha

    Hello @underbaked

Since you’re using the free version, there’s no need to contact ticket support. Could you please provide a screenshot of your product settings of WooCommerce? It appears that the issue might be related to WooCommerce.

    Hello @zokkoz

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand the importance of maintaining a clean permalink structure, especially in a multisite environment. Currently, Tutor LMS does not have the ability to separate the /blog/ prefix from course URLs like some other plugins. The permalink structure is optimized to work without any additional prefixes.

However, we’ve taken note of your feedback. While I can’t provide an exact timeline, we will consider implementing this in a future update to improve the flexibility of our permalink options. I hope you understand the matter.

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your valuable input. If you have any more suggestions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out.

If your question has been answered and you have no further inquiries, please mark the thread as “Resolved”.

    Best regards,
    Dip Saha
