This appears to be an ongoing problem that effects numerous users, including me. I have them working on another site that uses the same theme, (Channel Theme). I can easily create a sidebar, using the same methods I use to create a page or a post . . . in fact, it is no different in any way. The problem is that none are displayed after linking them to whatever page I link them to . . . using all of the page sidebar related options at my disposal.
For the longest time, I was unable to see the Sidebar Icon under the page option regardless of what changes I made. This is a very basic option for a WP user, so it should be as easy as changing a theme. I guess that I should choose a full page layout and include anything that would have gone into the sidebar.

In reply to: [A5 Custom Login Page] After Install, activation and Setup of A5 Custom LoginThanks for the fast response. I went to my login page and at the bottom left corner of the login panel was a link to register. I went through the registration process by selecting a username and an e-mail address. I opened my e-mail for that address and there was a message from my site that confirmed the username and provided me with a password. I was able to login and, through the dashboard, was given the option to change the password.
I tried some of the adjustments that were available and successfully changed the Logo, etc. so I guess I have a handle on the process . . . I think, maybe, possibly . . .
Thanks again

In reply to: [WordPress Related Posts] Thumbnails showing wrong imagesI’m currently using the “Channel” Theme and initially had a problem when I tried to view in in the two categories, “Recent Posts” and on another Category.
I’ve deleted and redone the posts both text and picture, changed pictures with no result. The Pictures are showing in the actual view of the post which is a little odd.
This has happened before and only on occasion . . . strange stuff.
