I see it now, actually looks like you may need to dig into the the theme a little as the bar is actually inline in the source

as you can see the div in question has no id or class and also has inline styling which is pretty weird in this day and age for a WP theme – as such it makes it a little harder to target with just CSS

Ill take a look at the themes file when I get a sec today to see where the culprit lies

Add this to your stylesheet or ideally use jetpacks custom css feature ??

.page-header {border-top: none !important; border-bottom: none !important;}

That will get rid of them, or, line 204 of virtue.css is where the lines are coming from
