Hi, thanks for the help.
I followed all of your suggestions, and still proudced the error.
I:

Made sure the plugin was enabled first. I installed health check, disabled all plugins in troubleshooting mode, and then enabled foo gallery. It produced a fatal error. I then tried several different themes, with the same result.
