It’s great to know you’re looking at a new version of the plugin. Are you able to answer my question about the current plugin which was posted 5 days ago please? Many thanks,

In reply to: Slooooow siteYou’d need to change the paths to the images being pulled from that domain. A Search and Replace tool might help in case anything else is coming from that domain. With the load speed being high you may also want to check there’s no massive overheads in the database.

In reply to: Slooooow siteNice site. Try https://gtmetrix.com/ for speed testing and maybe use WP Super Cache
I just found this thread after having an issue where the I got the “has started but not responded for 10 seconds”
In my case the website was in development and restricted by IP address. Removing the IP address restriction allowed the backup job to run immediately.
I don’t know why this is the case but if you know Daniel please let me know. I’d rather the site stayed closed till it’s ready to launch.
Thanks

In reply to: [Facebook Plugin: WP Social] bikeshed.js errorHi Richard
That was a very speedy fix and I’m very pleased to see the error has gone. Functionality seems to have returned to the editor which is great.
Thanks for your help.
Cheers

Hi Cais

Thanks for your help.

OK – I have version 2.0.40 from your Other Versions link and I’ve uploaded that to the plugins directory. Do I disable 2.0.65, enable 2.0.40 then delete 2.0.65 ?
Just so I’m sure.Thanks
Dan
OK – that would be right. What can I do to rectify this please?
Thanks tullphd – I’ve been speaking to them but wasn’t sure the shortcode was actually in their theme.

In reply to: Posts order after import from BloggerOK – this was resolved by disabling a plugin that set custom order of posts.
OK – I’ve emailed a request. Can you confirm you’ve received it please?
OK – I’ll send something now.
I sent requests via the form on your website if it helps narrow it down. Thanks
Dan
My apologies for suggesting there was an issue with the NextGen update (on my site anyway) – seems an error elsewhere had stopped the footer (and javascript) loading. All sorted now.
