they are products available on woocommerce, they are have just extra attributes to differnetiate them from other products, but these attribtue will not change any configuraiton on your woocommerce, just to recognise products imported by wooshark.c) After I install wooshark, will I be able to use both the standard woocommerce add products and also wooshark if I wanted to import products?
woocommerce is always there, they are complemntary actually, wooshark will help you to automate things that you are used to do manually on woocommerce.d) Will I still be able to add and remove woocommerce products anytime separately from wooshark import?

Hello, the free version allow to create custom reviews after you import the plugin, you can go to the tab products then click insert reviews, this will allow you to insert reviews to the already imported products,
if you want to import reviews from aliexpress, you can either install the free plugin wooshark reviews for aliexpress and amazon or go the premuim version of the plugin

Issue has been fixed, the default language now is english not french.
