I have tried to manually update the publisher logo in the database and here is what I see:

(‘web_stories_publisher_logo’, ‘24762’),
‘web_stories_publisher_logos’, ‘a:1:{i:0;i:30884;}’, ‘yes’),

Does this format of storing data seem ok to you?
Can you tell me where can I see the image id that is placed here:
(‘web_stories_publisher_logo’, ‘24762’) because I assume this number 24762 is a logo ID.
Is there a way to overwrite this manually in the database somehow?

@adamdunnage I have checked with Siteground and they do not see any issue nor any firewall block that could harm plugin operations.

It appears that really something regarding logo is the issue but I can’t figure out what and why.

@adamdunnage My hosting provider is Siteground. Can you please be more specific in what exactly should I seek if there is a block coming from the host side regarding firewall rules?
This application is not using any external service, nor am I connecting to some external service. This is practically operating only on the website, and if there were some blocking, Siteground would throw their error 500 referring to a firewall issue. Also, I would be able to find that kind of issue in server tools where all the errors are reported.
So, can you please be more specific on what kind of request could possibly be blocked with a firewall?

@adamdunnage I cannot start again with a fresh WordPress installation with only your plugin installed because this is a production website with shop inside that is my business and money income. I have reinstalled WordPress with fresh new files and activated only your plugin but the same error appears again. Is there something else you can suggest me besides starting all over from scratch?

– I have tested this out in Chrome incognito and the issue is present there as well.
– I haven’t made literally any actions before this. I opened up the admin dashboard, stories section and tried to edit an existing story and this error occurred.
– We haven’t used the Web Stories template but created a custom one. Also, this is happening when we are updating an existing one (any of the existing stories). Here is the link to one as an example: https://www.uptownwithellybrown.com/web-stories/summer-beauty-products-youll-love/
