i managed to find the error log on my local server
i just installed wordpress on localhost and here is what the error log shows when i try to install woocommerce :
PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 120 seconds exceeded in D:\\wordpresslocal\\apps\\wordpress\\htdocs\\wp-admin\\includes\\class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 81, referer: https://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?s=woocommerce&tab=search&type=term

When i go to the file and line stated in the fatal error here is what it shows me :
if ( $data_length !== $bytes_written ) {
return false;
}
So i do not know where to change the maximum execution time here;
I would deeply appreciate if i can find anyone who can help
